Glass is the distinctive element of the Victoria Palace restaurant. The restaurant extends throughout the whole structure of the hotel and the marine backdrop can be admired through these transparent glass walls, which at dinner time offer a magical view of the sunset. Our chefs offer typical Romagna cuisine as well as many other delicious culinary delights, making the menu a very interesting mixture of flavours and tastes. They also prepare many rich and satisfying, healthy menu choices.

We make it our priority to serve fresh fish every day. Today more than ever this stands for the concept of luxury, which translates into the search for harmony with nature. Fish soup, grilled or fried fish, homemade egg pasta, vegetable soup, and delicate broths are the highest expression of the culinary art inspired by cultural and local traditions. All dishes are served with wines from the Victoria Palace's stock.
