4-star hotel located on the promenade in Cattolica
The Victoria Palace Hotel, owned by the Pritelli Family for three generations, has fairly ancient roots.
It was built in the early 20th century under the name of Villa Bruna, a liberty mansion with 12 rooms overlooking the sea. During the 30s, it turned into Pensione Vittoria and became a home from home for many Polish and Czechoslovakian tourists.
From 1961 to 1963, Mr. Gino Cervesi’s refurbishment project transformed the establishment into the eight-storey-high building we see today; it was at this time (in the 50s and 60s) that the first German sun-seekers started arriving here, alongside British and Italians tourists, in the month of August. In 2005, Vincenzo De Cotiis was commissioned the task of renovating the building once again, this time with the brief of transforming the establishment into a Design Hotel. As a matter of fact, the current Victoria Palace Hotel is unique in its kind and is the perfect combination of art, comfort and relaxation.
